2022 Moscato Dry Bianco

$23.00Price

Dry, Not Sweet │ Light-Bodied White Wine

A fresh, elegant, and dry Moscato Bianco with a beautiful fresh-fruit aroma and a light, refreshing character. Despite its name, this Moscato is not sweet, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a crisp, fruit-forward white wine without pronounced sweetness.

Crafted from grapes grown in Lake County, California, just north of Napa Valley, this wine reflects the character of its growing region while maintaining a light and refreshing style.

The wine is naturally fermented using wild yeast from the vineyard, followed by Stir-Sur-Lie aging and 24 months of aging in seasoned French oak barrels. It undergoes no malolactic fermentation, helping preserve its fresh character.

The grapes are harvested at, or close to, 24° Brix, the natural sugar level we consider optimal for achieving the ripeness, balance, and depth of flavor we seek.

This dry Moscato is especially enjoyable with spicy foods, including Peruvian, Spanish, and Asian cuisine, or simply served on its own on a warm day.

Dry. Fresh. Fruity. Refreshing.
