2018 Petite Syrah

A bold, full-bodied Petite Sirah with a deep, vibrant purple color, rich dark-fruit flavors, and beautifully balanced tannins. Smooth and generous on the palate, it finishes long and elegant, making it an excellent companion for special meals and memorable occasions.
This Petite Sirah is crafted using traditional Old World European winemaking techniques and fermented with naturally occurring wild yeast from the vineyard. The wine is aged for 24–36 months in seasoned, neutral French oak barrels, allowing the fruit and character of the wine to remain at the forefront.
The grapes are harvested at approximately 24° Brix, a level of natural sugar that we consider ideal for achieving the balance, ripeness, and depth of flavor we seek.
