2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
95 Points │ Gold Medal │ San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
A bold, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from grapes grown in Northern California, where rich clay soils and historic granite rocks contribute distinctive character to the fruit.
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep, bright purple color with fresh, expressive flavors of dense dark fruit and soft tannins. Smooth and generous on the palate, it finishes long and elegant, making it a wonderful companion for special meals and memorable occasions.
The wine is crafted using Old World European winemaking techniques and fermented with naturally occurring wild yeast from the vineyard. It is aged for 24–36 months in seasoned, neutral French oak barrels, allowing the character of the fruit to remain prominent.
The grapes are harvested at, or close to, 24° Brix, the natural sugar level we consider optimal for achieving the ripeness, balance, and depth of flavor we seek.
Bold. Rich. Smooth. Elegantly Crafted.
